3. Are the coaches and counselors qualified?
Yes. All of the coaches and counselors have been pre-screened and have either verified coaching certifications or counseling licenses. Many have both coaching and counseling backgrounds like GirlShrink Director, Lisa Angelettie. Lisa is the coach for all of the “master coaching” sessions.

4. Is the advice free?
While you can obtain free advice via our article directory and our syndicated advice column (Ask GirlShrink), professional advice at GirlShrink is not free but is extremely affordable and fast. Check out our advice page to check our costs.
